We'd love to meet you via our interactive online Zoom circles which
usually occur 2-3 times per month
-OR-
if you are in Santa Fe, NM, at our local circles or events which usually
happen 2 times per month.
Our intention is to support and facilitate the holistic healing of mind, body & soul in the safest and most effective ways possible.
Participants will be invited to share about their experiences with psychedelics so that we can support the integration process of those who attend. Depending on our group size, we always hope to have time for everyone who would like to share.
The psychedelic experience is incredibly personal, shaped entirely by your own life history, your spoken and unspoken values, thoughts, emotions, and deeply held beliefs. Much of the inner work associated with any psychedelic journey can leave you open and vulnerable, therefore it is highly recommended to find a skilled and experienced facilitator, therapist or guide who you trust to hold a caring, safe, supportive, non-judgmental space for you as you traverse the landscape of your inner journey from preparation through integration, as the psychedelic experience unfolds in profound layers of meaning over time.
This integration circle holds the intention to be a caring, safe, supportive, non-judgmental space for people to share with others about the experiences you are processing.
Gina is a board certified holistic counselor and transformational integration coach with a deep understanding of the psychedelic terrain.

What is Integration and Why is it Important?
Peak experiences, psychedelic, spiritual or otherwise, often inspire a variety of insights, ranging from deeply personal to new perspectives and understanding about our world and the universe. These revelations can influence our future thought processing, our beliefs, our world views, self-understanding, lifestyle, habits and relationships. During the journey, previously unexplored psychological material, ideas and concepts can seem incredibly real and indelible, having a profound impact upon the individual.
Enter the process of integration. All of these new thoughts, ideas and perceived personal evolution can fade quickly if they are not explored and held on to in a way that makes them permanent, as opposed to fleeting. As one’s usual (pre-peak-experience) thinking is restored, they start to find themselves riding the same old neurological pathways. The meaningful, if not profound, thoughts and sensory experiences from their peak experience can absolutely erode, even though in the moment when it’s happening, it feels both real and permanent. To help ensure that the potential for positive change and healing is actualized, integration must come into play.
Integration is the process of bridging the states, feelings and thoughts from a psychedelic experience into our normal states of consciousness; grounding them into our daily lives in the form of enduring, positive changes. Integration is an active, intentional process, where an individual consciously reflects on as many vivid details and sensations of their psychedelic experience as possible, for as long as those details and sensations are available to them. Leaning into a long and exhaustive process of looking at what these aspects of the experience mean on a deep personal level.
To over-simplify, you might consider the idea of going on a long trip to some new and exotic place. After you return home, your old surroundings can actually feel like a major shock to the system, sometimes taking days or even weeks to readjust back to normal. The same can be true for psychedelic experiences in that they can, and typically do, take some time for us to adjust and get back to “normal”, after an experience, although there is often a new normal that occurs in some way. Sometimes, it's a dramatic shift, and sometimes it is subtle yet profound. We usually seek out these experiences in order to create change in our lives.
Psychedelic integration takes into account the reality that it is often challenging to hold onto the memory of the experience and aims at actively keeping these insights fresh in the mind after the fact. These valuable thoughts and insights can and should be utilized to help us heal and improve our inner and outer lives. Integration practices can help solidify what we learned and felt within the landscape of the inner journey.
